Now I have a name for what I go through all the time! Coworker: "Did I do something? Are you mad? Me: "No, I'm not mad. I would say something if I was mad." Coworker: "Are you sure? You look mad. You can tell me. What's wrong?" Me: "I promise. I'm not mad." Coworker: "Are you sure? It's okay if you are." Me: "Well, I wasn't mad but now I'm starting to get irritated at your constant questions." Coworker: "Well fine. I was just trying to make sure you were okay." (Coworker now walks away in a huff.)
